Many of the conventional wind turbines are equipped with drip-proof bearings. However these types of bearings usually do not last much more than 2 to 3 years under the natural environment with severe exposure to rain and dust.These Wind Turbines employ water-proof oil-bath sealed bearings accompanied with a sealing system taken from marine engineering. Additionally, the triangle blade has a structure similar to durable Truss. Together, it achieves a 20-year design life.
Independent fail-safes ensure safety use in populated areas
In order to ensure safety in the event of strong gusts, our Wind Turbine is equipped with multiple 3-4 fail-safes that do not depend on electrical control. Each of these fail-safes activates even during a power outage and works independently of one another, so that even if one fails, the others back up and ensure a safe state. One remarkable fail-safe is the "self-stalling blade" where front and rear blades interfere with each other and restrain the turbine from overspeeding in strong winds.

Starts without power-assist
At normal rotation speeds, this Wind Turbine captures wind with both front and rear blades, which makes it work as a high-torque six-blade turbine. Along with the proprietary non-cogging DC generator, these Wind Turbines start rotating at a wind speed of as low as 1.6m/s without consuming electricity for power-assist activation at a cut-in wind speed. This means that our Wind Turbine does not require a fragile anemometer to detect a cut-in speed. Plus, the three-dimensional rotor captures variable winds, which adds to the overall practical efficiency.
